Due to the high occupancy rate of the Wellness Zone we recommend making a reservation several days beforehand.

Massages must be ordered at least 1 week in advance.

Hotel guests have access to the castle wellness from 8,00 p.m. to 10,00 p.m. for 1 hour (sauna or whirlpool) free of charge. This is not a private wellness rental. The number of seats is limited.

Operating rules

Visiting rules
Castle Wellness Zone – Červený Hrádek

  • Smoking is strictly prohibited throughout the whole Wellness building.
  • Visitors are obliged to observe the operating rules and provider’s instructions / Wellness service staff.
  • In the course of the bathing process itself – from leaving the changing room to finishing the whole procedure, including the stay in the rest room – visitors should be naked. Wearing a swimsuit in the whirlpool is permitted.
  • Visitors must pay attention to maintaining environmental hygiene by way of using a towel or other textiles beneath them while sitting on the plank-beds of the warming up room, on the deckchairs of the rest room, on the benches in the changing rooms and elsewhere. If they use their own linen, it must be clean for each Wellness visit.
  • Visitors should move barefoot or in their own water shoes in all areas of the sauna. They take off their water shoes before entering the warming up room or the whirlpool bath. They move with care to prevent injuries.
  • They should not eat or drink during their stay in the wet part of the warming up room. They must behave correctly and discretely towards others and contribute to the high hygienic, aesthetic and social level of the sauna.
  • Before entering the whirlpool bath all visitors are obliged to wash themselves thoroughly in a shower, ideally without using cosmetics.
  • Enter the whirlpool bath one at a time. For entering use the steps, not the terrace.
  • Using any cosmetics in the whirlpool is prohibited.
  • Children under 1 year of age are not allowed to enter the whirlpool bath.
  • Children aged between 1 and 3 years must wear bathing nappies, respectively a swimsuit with a rubber band around their thighs. During the stay in the whirlpool they should be sitting on an adult’s lap.
  • Diving in the whirlpool is strictly prohibited.
  • Children under 12 years of age are allowed to enter the Wellness Zone provided they are accompanied by a responsible adult.
